This beautiful little kiln fired enameled copper bowl reminds me of a cloudy sky. Multiple firings of transparent water blue, and aqua blue, adorn the interior of this dish. Blue counter enamel has been added to the back side for strength and durability, also transparent clear and blue enamels give a sneak peak at the copper underneath.
The edges have been carefully sanded to a buttery smooth finish exposing the shiny copper contrast around the circumference.
Each bowl is unique and created one at a time. Once a copper shape has been created and hand hammered multiple layers of glass are used on both sides of bowl for a sturdy finish and beautiful look.
