Why we use copper for cookie cutters...
Copper Doesn't Rust
Copper will not rust. Copper can be cleaned over and over and will return to its beautiful brightness with just a little work. A simple hand wash and towel dry is all that is needed to keep your cutter clean.
We solder our cutters
Over time rivets will start to wear on the holes created to house them, making them slop back and forth and hold food particles. Our Solder Seam will not slip and food particles cannot get in because the solder "seals" the seam.
